Do you offer monthly plans?

Yes, we highly recommend them for businesses with high sales volume that require consistent quality in their content. We start with an initial three-month contract, and after that, it renews monthly until either party decides to end it. Depending on the monthly plan you choose, you'll receive one, two, or more visits per month.

What is the delivery time for the finished audiovisual product?

The timeline depends on the scope and size of the project, but typically, we deliver the edited videos and photos within one week after production. After the initial delivery, we offer one round of revisions, which takes up to an additional week to complete.

What complementary services do you offer?

Depending on the project, we offer additional services such as community management, ad management and implementation, website creation, and branding. Our branding services include logo design, uniforms, and graphic materials. These services are designed to support and enhance your video marketing efforts, ensuring a cohesive and impactful strategy for your business.

What equipment do you use to ensure high-quality videos?

We often get asked about the cameras we use to achieve our quality. We work with high-end cinema gear from Sony and DJI, along with all the necessary accessories to ensure optimal quality. This includes professional lighting equipment, microphones, filters, and other essentials required for top-tier audiovisual productions.

Who will create the content?

Most of the time, Julian and Diana will personally create the photos and videos for your project. On rare occasions, another team member might assist, but we limit the number of clients we take on to ensure this doesn't become the norm.

Can you adapt the style slightly?

As commercial content creators, we can adapt our style to meet our clients' needs. While we feel most comfortable working with techniques we've perfected over the years, we're open to adjusting our editing and lighting approach to match your preferences.
